ANAU Scientific Library opens Treasure Doors on librarian day

On the occasion of Librarian's Day, on 7th of October, for the first time doors of treasures were open and a small part of  a rich stock of multilingual antique books and journals (more than 3500) was showcased. The oldest book of the library is 238 years old published in 1781.

ANAU Library was replenished with 

ancient scientific literature

In March 2019 Books of Tirov Library of ANAU “Voskehat Teaching Experimental Farm” was carried over to the Library of the University. The fund includes multilingual antique scientific books, reports, scientific papers, journals, newspapers on viticulture winemaking, and agriculture published in different countries from the mid-19th to the mid-20th centuries

National Library week started with cognitive visit to Komitas Museum Institute

The National Library Week, organized by the Armenian Library Association since 2002, is being held this year on April 15-22. In addition to the other libraries of the country, the Scientific Library of ANAU has also joined the events held within the framework of the traditional weekly event.
